This magnificent 7 bedroom Ubud villa is tucked away in the rainforests of Ubud, near a small village, with bewitching views over the rugged peaks of Bali’s interior. Inspired by the homes of the Javanese nobility, this jungle hideaway is the definitive escapists dream providing both an abundance of modern luxury and a rich blaze of untamed natural beauty.
The design comprises of two stunning 100 year old stilted houses (Villa Atas – 3 bedroom and Villa Awan – 4 bedroom) that can be rented separately or together. These were transported all the way from Java and lovingly refurnished next to the emblematic rice fields of the island. The villas are separated by the crystal clear waters of a 30 metre infinity pool and manicured tropical gardens which blend seamlessly into the surrounding wilderness. Revel in the sense of symmetry and let the effortless beauty of this property and its location refuel and rejuvenate your being.
The joy of outdoor tropical living is fully embraced with the boundless beauty of the setting brought right to your door at every opportunity. Elegantly designed with a deep respect for the history of the houses, open lounge rooms are provided by both houses on the ground and first floors. All modern conveniences are on hand and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms which comfortably sleep 6 people and they are all furnished with comfortable queen size beds and en-suites with large bathtubs and showers. On the upper floor there is a one-of-a-kind infinity tub with spectacular views over the river gorge and the rice paddies offering a place for the most unforgettable soak. All of the suites on this floor have sliding glass panels that open out onto the immense natural beauty of the surrounding panorama.
This luxury villa has 4 bedrooms all of which are designed with the care and attention of the rest of the property. A charming master suite houses a bespoke, hand built Balinese bed with a beautiful en-suite, while two further guest suites are furnished with twin beds and one with a queen size bed. There are two large bathrooms with large baths and showers which serve these all three guest suites on the second floor.
A delightful team of helpful staff are on hand to help with all your needs, their services include daily cleaning, a turn down service and a delectable breakfast served every day of your stay. Lunch and dinner as well as drinks can be catered for at an extra charge. For guest’s convenience, a 7 seater shuttle bus into Ubud is scheduled twice a day and there are a huge range of activities are offered by the surrounding area from bicycle rides through the tropical terrain to white water rafting, horse riding, painting and drawing and Balinese cooking lessons.
